Items can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase date and time. Any Items purchased over 14 days will not be returned.  Items returned must be photographed either in their unopened package or in an open package state, these photographs must be emailed to info@freshsupplyuk.com prior to any return or refund being agreed.  All return postage must be paid for by the buyer. 

 

Delivery on all Items with Valid Irish Address 🚚🚚🚚🚚 

- 24 hours dispatch (except weekends and bank holidays).
- Ireland delivery between 1-2 working days. For shipments from warehouses outside Ireland, delivery will take between 3-5 working days. Please refer to each individual product listing for more specific information.
- Next day delivery if order before 1:00pm between Monday and Friday, with orders placed on weekends being dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Occasionally, multiple boxes of the same order or product may be delivered by different couriers and arrive at different times. Please check all your tracking codes for up to date information.

For large and heavy items the delivery courier requires a ‘pre-delivery notice’ which means you need to give a valid contact number on your order so the courier can contact you to arrange a specific delivery day and time. Please be aware that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to the kerbside of your property and is unable to take any items or assemble it for you.

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number, order info, tracking number and tracking link, keeping you up to date with the whereabouts of your package. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox. If you have any other issues, such as wrong address and refuse/cancel your order, please email us at info@freshsupplyuk.com ,so we can help with further arrangements.

If consignee is not able accept delivery, the courier will deliver the goods to the next nearest neighbour or leave in secure area or return to the local depot. Please note, we are unable to cover any consequential losses, if such circumstances occur or if customer filled incorrect address in the order.

Consignee has rights to refuse the goods due to cancellation of the purchase, multiple orders of the same item by mistake. In such circumstances We are not able to cover the cost of return postage. You can contact us to get a quote on the delivery charge to your location should you still decide to go ahead with the purchase.

We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the Products listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use before purchasing the item.

Outdoor Warranty

Please note that Greenhouse, Polytunnel, Chicken Houses, Marquees and Party Tent items are not warranted for damage due to wind or weather.  We suggest that the Items are anchored to the ground, and also that a trench is dug to submerge the item into the ground to provide additional stability.  The Build and construction guidelines we have documented and provided with items must be adhered to and followed.  

 

Polycarbonate Greenhouses are not warranted for damage due to wind or weather.  We suggest the item is anchored to the ground using the manufacturers recommended Aluminium base which is an optional accessory.

We are not responsible for adverse weather conditions to include ( Wind, Rain, Hail, Snow, or any type of flooding) that may have an adverse effect on your Item.
